About the journal

Ukrainian Policymaker is semiannual, open-access, peer-reviewed international electronic journal.

The Ukrainian Policymaker journal is a project of the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology (ISPC).

Ukrainian Policymaker publishes the results of modern research in the field of Strategic Management and Future studies. Journal is focusing on Developing Ukrainian Policy, Public Administration, International relations, Education and Culture.

The Ukrainian Policymaker had been publishing since 2014 up to 2017 as an analytical electronic magazine. The idea of the Ukrainian Policymaker electronic magazine belongs to Political Science students, whom took part in the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity and were obsessed with fighting against totalitarianism and developing democracy in Ukraine.

In 2017 the Ukrainian Policymaker electronic magazine was re-registered as an academic journal the Ukrainian Policymaker. The Archive of Ukrainian Policymaker electronic magazine (since March 03, 2014 to December 01, 2017) is available by the following link.

Publication ethics statement

Ukrainian Policymaker is committed to maintaining high standards of scientific competence through peer-review and a strict ethical policy. The editors strive to prevent any infringements of professional ethical codes, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, bogus claims of authorship in the journal.

The journal follows the Code of Conduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and follows the COPE Flowcharts for Resolving Cases of Suspected Misconduct.

The journal is not liable for any losses, actions, claims, proceedings, demands, costs, expenses, damages, and other liabilities whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with, in relation to, or arising out of the use of the journal content.

Open access policy

The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making re search freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Copyrights for articles are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Authors have rights to reuse, republis h, archive, and distribute their own articles after publication. The journal is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work.
